2025 Investment Report Terms and Conditions (Malaysia)

 

These terms and conditions (this "Agreement") govern your participation in the 2025 Investment Report (the "Activity"). The Activity is jointly organized and presented to you by Moomoo Technologies Inc. ("MTI") and Moomoo Securities Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("Moomoo MY", collectively "we", "us" or "Moomoo").

 

This Agreement sets forth the terms under which your personal information will be collected, used, and disclosed by Moomoo in connection with the Activity.

 

Please read this Agreement carefully and ensure you fully understand provisions contained herein before participating in the Activity. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not participate in the Activity. By participating in the Activity, you acknowledge that you have carefully read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

 

1. You acknowledge that when you participate in the Activity, a personalized report (the "Report") will be automatically generated and displayed to you within the moomoo platform.

 

2. You hereby authorize Moomoo MY to access and retrieve your client information for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, including but not limited to your transaction records, log information, position information, and returns information, for the purpose of generating your personalized report in connection with the Activity. You consent to Moomoo MY using such information solely for aggregated analysis and displaying Activity-related information to you. Moomoo MY shall not process your authorized information for any purpose other than those expressly set forth herein. All matters not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be governed by the Client Agreement, Privacy Policy, and other relevant agreements between you and Moomoo MY.

 

3. You hereby authorize MTI to access and retrieve your user information for the period from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025, including but not limited to your user ID, account information, log information, and in-app browsing history, for the purpose of generating your personalized report in connection with the Activity. You consent to MTI using such information solely for aggregated analysis and displaying Activity-related information to you. MTI shall not process your authorized information for any purpose other than those expressly set forth herein. All matters not specifically addressed in this Agreement shall be governed by the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant agreements between you and MTI.

 

4. You acknowledge and consent that in order to generate and present your Report, your personal data may be transferred to, stored, and processed by MTI outside Malaysia. You understand that the data protection laws of other countries may be different from those in Malaysia.

 

5.You acknowledge and agree that your Report is automatically generated by system algorithms and may not accurately reflect your actual circumstances or performance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Moomoo disclaims all representations and warranties regarding the reliability, accuracy, or completeness of the information contained in the Report.

 

6.You acknowledge that the Report and Activity page will contain your personal information. Should you choose to share, forward, or otherwise disseminate the Report or Activity page, third parties may gain access to your personal information. You assume full responsibility for any losses, damages, or consequences arising from such sharing or disclosure. You are advised to exercise utmost caution when sharing such information.

 

7.This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
